it was 1984 when I was first conceived and I became a blueprint

my parents were still in the red house
and they just created their first baby, a daughter
they sought harmonal balance and a vessel to continue the family name

and wouldn't you beleive it, but I worked
and the bellows sent a new sound out over the ground
the organs played themselves
the mind kept time
and my feet the beat
and after a while the soul took control
and I became one with my own home

We are all delicate fleshlings
small intricate systems of heat
I will try to create you
string wood and a piece of meat

make a watermelon for your mouth
wrap a ruler around a bike seat
femur conjoins a waist
